Paris has been landscaping since high school. A teacher introduced him to mowing lawns, and he's had a knack for it ever since — the kind of natural feel for a property that you can't fake. Years later, that's still what shows up in every yard he touches: clean lines, fast work, and the eye to know what each lawn actually needs.

Angela Wiley
Angela went from cutting hair to cutting lawns. She's always loved being outdoors and was a gardener long before she was a landscaper. The detail work is hers — bed edging that frames a yard, planting layouts that look intentional, the finishing touches that make a property feel cared for instead of just cut.

Paris and Angela met, started dating, and quickly figured out they wanted to do more together than just be a couple. Angela had always loved gardening; Paris had been mowing for years. The decision was easy.
Since 2022, they've been serving Harford County, Baltimore County & Baltimore City as P&A Landscaping. Husband-and-wife in life, partners in the truck. Paris brings the muscle and the years on the equipment; Angela brings the detail, the bed work, and the eye for finish that turns a job from "done" into "wow."
They're a small team on purpose — they care about each lawn like it's their own, and that doesn't scale to a 30-truck operation. What it does mean: when you call P&A, you talk to Paris or Angela. When they show up, it's Paris or Angela doing the work. No middlemen, no rotating crews, no surprises.
